Examples Of Coursework Food Products In year 9 each pupil completes a mini piece of coursework (a scaled down version of the Edexcel GCSE short course). This proves invaluable as it allows pupils to experience what the requirements are for GCSE Food Technology and gives them a basis to work from. In Year 10, pupils who opt to do GCSE food technology (Short Course) complete the coursework requirement during Year 10. Year 12 Pupils complete 3 pieces of coursework. The first is a product investigation which this year focused on chilled desserts. The second piece of coursework is a product design task to a particular brief. The third piece of coursework is product manufacture, the brief this year used senior citizens as the target group.
Ready Steady Cook This was one of the events that took place during Healthy Living week March 2008. Two teams of two teachers competed for the winning title. He are Mr Finan and Senor Esposito hard at work in the kitchen – are they red tomatoes or green peppers?!
